Job Description

IT Supporter working within Digital Services facilitating remote and connected learning. Handling support inquiries, troubleshooting, and optimizing software solutions for diverse user groups.

Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for various target groups and a wide range of IT topics
  • Receive, process and resolve incoming support requests and tickets
  • Classify and prioritize support requests for efficient handling
  • Ensure the fastest possible restoration of PC workstation functionality in the event of faults
  • Provide competent support and advice to users on IT-related questions and challenges
  • Perform troubleshooting and systematic error analysis
  • Carefully document all actions taken and support activities

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed training in IT specialist fields (Fachinformatik) or equivalent qualification
  • Solid and broad IT expertise
  • Good hardware and software knowledge
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working with a high level of personal responsibility
  • Quick grasp of new topics, strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to cooperate
  • Very good German language skills, written and spoken
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., OTOBO)
