Job Description
Technischer Support für Umrichtertechnik bei einem Windenergieanlagen-Instandhalter. Fehleranalyse, Fernunterstützung und technische Dokumentation für Serviceteams, Kunden und Vertragspartner.
Responsibilities:
- Technical point of contact for service technicians, customers, and contract partners in the field of converter technology
- Analyze and troubleshoot converter faults, particularly on Senvion®, Nordex®, Fuhrländer®, and GE® wind turbines, escalated to Level 2 Support through remote monitoring
- Provide remote technical support to service teams during the repair and maintenance of wind turbines
- Prepare work instructions, maintenance documentation, and RAMS documentation
- Create and review work orders, including technical documentation
- Monitor wind turbine performance and identify improvement measures
- Support the technical preparation of quotations for repairs and retrofits in the field of converter technology
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training as an electrician or mechatronics technician (m/f/d), and/or technician-level training, and/or a completed degree in engineering
- Several years of experience with converters, particularly on Senvion®, Nordex®, Fuhrländer®, and GE® wind turbines
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient use of standard Microsoft Office applications
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented approach to work
- Strong teamworking skills
- Ability to work at height and good physical fitness
- Class B driving licence
- Willingness to travel occasionally and enthusiasm for travel-related assignments
