Job Description
IT Supporter enabling connected and location-independent learning at WBS GROUP. Responsible for optimizing existing software solutions and assisting with the implementation of new software.
Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for diverse user groups and a wide range of IT topics
- Receive, process and resolve incoming support requests and tickets
- Classify and prioritize support requests for efficient handling
- Ensure the fastest possible restoration of PC workstation functionality
- Provide competent support and advice to users on IT-related questions and challenges
- Perform troubleshooting and systematic fault analysis
- Carefully document all actions taken and support activities
Requirements:
- Solid and broad IT knowledge
- Good hardware and software skills
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Fast learning ability
- Strong communication skills
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., OTOBO or Matrix42)
- Successfully completed training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent qualification
- Strong service orientation
