Job Description

IT Supporter enabling connected and location-independent learning at WBS GROUP. Responsible for optimizing existing software solutions and assisting with the implementation of new software.

Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for diverse user groups and a wide range of IT topics
  • Receive, process and resolve incoming support requests and tickets
  • Classify and prioritize support requests for efficient handling
  • Ensure the fastest possible restoration of PC workstation functionality
  • Provide competent support and advice to users on IT-related questions and challenges
  • Perform troubleshooting and systematic fault analysis
  • Carefully document all actions taken and support activities

Requirements:

  • Solid and broad IT knowledge
  • Good hardware and software skills
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Fast learning ability
  • Strong communication skills
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., OTOBO or Matrix42)
  • Successfully completed training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent qualification
  • Strong service orientation
