Job Description
Junior Account Manager supporting global creators and influencers at an ed-tech scale-up. Managing creator portfolios and providing digital marketing solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with content creators and influencers and support them in running their businesses
- Work with top global creators and influencers, interacting with them daily
- Manage a portfolio of creators while gaining experience in respective industries/niches
- Provide comprehensive solutions for creators' and influencers' needs
- Navigate new tasks and projects in a rapidly changing scale-up environment
- Contribute to creating the company's culture
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and German
- Basic understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for various creators' and influencers' needs
- Flexible working hours
- Positive, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude
- Entrepreneurial attitude: every creator represents an independent business, and the Account Manager needs to grow
- Strong willingness to learn
- A good understanding of Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok ads would be a strong plus
- Experience working with influencers or creators on primary social media (e.g. Instagram and TikTok) would be a strong plus
- Experience in client-facing roles would be a plus
