Job Description
Ingénieur d'application junior soutenant les produits et procédures d'électrophysiologie de Medtronic. Formation des clients et assistance technique pour les solutions d'ablation cardiaque.
Responsibilities:
- Plan programs in collaboration with the Sales Director and other groups to train customers
- Provide customers with technical support regarding CAS products and procedures
- Support the Sales and Marketing teams during presentations and the introduction of new products and therapies
- Report all account-, market-, and competition-related information, trends, and metrics
- Gather and report all customer feedback, product-related issues, and legal matters, as well as customer complaints concerning product-related events
- Perform all administrative duties, including regularly providing activity reports to the Sales Director
- Travel 80–100% of the time, with occasional opportunities to work in Western Europe
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in life sciences or engineering
- Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
- Experience in the medical device industry, including in a hospital operating-room environment, is a plus
- English language skills are preferred
