Job Description

Junior Media Buyer assisting in launching and managing paid media campaigns for Skinnify. Work remotely, supporting a high-growth e-commerce brand that integrates resistance into clothing.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in launching and managing paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, Taboola, and other platforms
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, funnels, and bidding strategies
  • Support daily performance monitoring and reporting, using Triple Whale as the main source of truth
  • Work closely with the creative and design teams to suggest improvements for ad creatives based on performance data
  • Assist with basic conversion tracking and pixel setup when needed
  • Monitor campaign metrics and identify opportunities to improve CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign efficiency
  • Stay up to date with paid media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in paid media buying or performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major ad platform (Meta preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign data
  • Basic understanding of key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, LTV
  • Familiarity with different attribution models
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute tasks quickly
  • Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn
  • Fluent in English
