Job Description

Customer Marketing Coordinator helping Launchmetrics, a brand performance cloud for fashion, lifestyle and beauty brands, grow customer relationships. Coordinating campaigns, workshops, outreach and events.

Responsibilities:

  • Support planning and on-site execution of customer events
  • Coordinate event logistics, guest experience and follow-up
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer events
  • Own the customer growth KPI through outbound emails and marketing campaigns
  • Expand the database of client contacts across regions, brands and departments within existing accounts
  • Develop account-specific data stories, talking points and customer materials
  • Support research, customization and development of customer workshop decks
  • Translate Launchmetrics data, including Media Impact Value® / MIV®, into brand-specific narratives
  • Coordinate personalized customer outreach campaigns by email and other channels
  • Build and maintain relationships with Tier 2 client contacts across the customer base
  • Collect and track engagement, scoring and intent signals using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Lemlist
  • Share actionable account signals with Sales, Customer Success and the Marketing Director
  • Support regular tracking and reporting of customer marketing objectives
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, the Marketing Engagements Executive and the Marketing Director
  • Report to the Marketing Director

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be based in the UK
  • Applicants must have a work permit to be considered
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer marketing, marketing coordination, ABM, event support or a related area
  • Comfortable with relationship-building and hands-on execution
  • Curious about brands and people, with the ability to shape messages for specific accounts
  • Comfortable being the point of contact for external stakeholders, including more senior customers
  • Ability to pull, clean and interpret numbers and turn them into compelling customer stories
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to present information effectively
  • Organized and dependable, with the ability to manage several workshops, campaigns or events simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator or Lemlist is a plus, but not required
  • Familiarity with the Fashion, Lifestyle or Beauty industry is a plus
  • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing tasks
