Job Description

Marketing Lead driving B2B healthcare growth for Whereby’s Embedded API and video meetings. Leading brand, demand generation, acquisition, and sales pipeline marketing at Whereby.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute Whereby’s Marketing strategy
  • Grow the Whereby brand, increase awareness, generate and capture demand, and increase sales pipeline, revenue, and user acquisition
  • Increase sign-ups and adoption of Whereby Embedded API and Whereby Meetings, with a focus on healthcare
  • Execute account-based marketing, brand-building, sales enablement, and product-led acquisition strategies
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team and departments across the business on B2B Marketing
  • Develop and execute campaigns and tactics across multiple channels
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, agencies, and vendors
  • Measure and report on marketing performance and provide insights for company goals
  • Recommend Marketing budget allocations and propose spend to the Chief Commercial Officer
  • Manage always-on Marketing activity spend
  • Use analytics tools to report on marketing effectiveness and impact
  • Support the leadership team with board-level insights
  • Report to the Chief Commercial Officer
  • Provide maternity cover for the current Marketing Lead

Requirements:

  • Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship from Whereby
  • Previous B2B Marketing experience in a start-up environment
  • Generalist marketing experience with willingness to get involved wherever needed
  • Current Marketing Lead or Senior Marketing Manager experience
  • Proven hands-on experience in all or most of: Content/Social Media Marketing, Account Based Marketing, Brand building, SEO, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, CRO/website management, and Event Marketing
  • Solid experience in B2B Marketing
  • Experience in Health tech or with a technical/developer-focused product is a bonus
  • Start-up experience is desired
  • Distributed team experience is beneficial
  • Ability to think strategically and execute hands-on tactics and campaigns across multiple channels
  • Excellent communication, autonomy, collaboration, adaptability, prioritisation, organisation, customer focus, creative thinking, and analytical ability
