Job Description
Recruitment Analyst at ManpowerGroup focusing on high volume hiring in call centers. Promoting diversity and managing candidate selection processes effectively to identify potential talents.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct recruitment and selection for high-volume call center positions, with emphasis on promoting diversity throughout all processes.
- Facilitate group exercises for behavioral assessment of candidates.
- Screen résumés to identify potential talent for open positions.
- Perform sourcing/headhunting of qualified professionals using various recruitment platforms and social media.
- Actively support large-scale selection processes, bringing innovation and efficiency to group activities.
- Use MS Office effectively, with a special focus on Excel, to support data organization and analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress;
- Must reside in one of the following locations: São Paulo and Greater Metropolitan Area, Curitiba/PR, Fortaleza/CE, or Rio de Janeiro/RJ;
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and selection is essential; call center experience is a plus;
- Experience with ATS, preferably Gupy.
