Job Description

Senior IT Business Analyst leading SAP S/4 FICO implementations at Belden, a global connectivity technology company. Driving legacy ERP migrations, integrations, analytics, testing, and change management.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive SAP S/4 implementation for Finance and Controlling processes, including third-party application integrations, project planning, implementation, testing, training, and end-user support
  • Collaborate with Business Units and IT teams to design and support a roadmap for migrating legacy ERP systems to SAP S/4 using the Central Finance approach and data
  • Gather and document SAP Finance and Controlling business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Analyze legacy ERP data, identify data-quality issues, define data mapping and migration strategies, and support SAP S/4 integrations with other systems
  • Define and implement reporting and analytics using SAP S/4 embedded analytics, SAC, and Belden business intelligence systems
  • Develop and execute testing and quality-assurance plans covering system performance, data integrity, and end-to-end process testing
  • Execute change-management strategies, including training programs, communication plans, and user-adoption initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, IT units, and third-party systems to align technology strategies with business objectives

Requirements:

  • English speaking and writing skills are mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree or MBA highly preferred
  • 8+ years of IT experience, focused on technology solutions for FICO functions
  • Hands-on experience with different SAP S/4 FICO core modules using Fiori as front end
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP Finance processes, including Controlling, Cost & Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Inventory Valuation, Material Ledger, Variant Configuration, and integration with SD/MM/PP modules
  • General knowledge of General Ledger with Central Finance integration, Accounts Payable and Receivables, Indirect Taxes, Credit Management, Cash Application, Electronic Bank Statement, and Tax Engine integrations
  • Proven SAP S/4 implementation experience in Finance and Controlling, including project planning, data migration, system configuration, and user training
  • Familiarity with legacy ERP systems and migration to SAP S/4, especially manufacturing-system integrations
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based IT solutions and emerging technologies relevant to Finance and SAP S/4
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across the organization
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4 FI, CO, CCA, PCA, COPC, and ML, with strong SD/MM/PP integration
  • Preferred experience in GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Banking, Taxes, Central Finance, High Radius, and Vertex
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • SAP FI/CO or other relevant IT certifications such as ITIL or PMP
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
