Job Description
(Junior) Product Manager gestaltet und optimiert digitale Lohnbuchhaltungs-Weiterbildungen mit DATEV bei Masters of Digital. Begleitung der Teilnehmenden durch Tutorings, Prüfungen und fachliche Sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Co-responsibility with the instructor for the “Payroll & Digital Payroll Accounting with DATEV” module
- Creating course content, exercises, and tests
- Conducting one-on-one sessions to address subject-matter questions
- Conducting skills tutoring sessions
- Administering and grading final examinations
- Reviewing and assessing assignments
- Updating course materials and optimizing the course
- Creating new exercises
- Coordinating sessions and appointments
- Supporting platform product managers with course updates on the learning platform
- Supporting participants to ensure an optimal learning experience and successful completion of the training program
Requirements:
- At least 1–2 years of practical professional experience in payroll accounting
- Good to very good knowledge of DATEV
- Completed university degree or equivalent educational qualification
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Basic to good English skills, particularly for understanding digital tools, technical terminology, and documentation
- Willingness to continuously integrate new technologies and AI tools into daily work
- Initial experience in knowledge sharing or instruction is desirable, e.g., as a tutor, teacher, adjunct lecturer, or research associate
- Clear and structured communication skills
- Confident, empathetic, and appreciative manner when interacting with participants
- Enjoyment of working in adult education
- Interest in digital, contemporary knowledge transfer and innovative learning formats
- Team player with a willingness to work closely with the course team
- Motivation to continue developing professionally and didactically
