Job Description

Product Manager für digitale Lohnbuchhaltungs-Weiterbildungen bei Masters of Digital, einem E-Learning-Anbieter. DATEV-Kurse entwickeln, Lernende begleiten und Prüfungen bewerten.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-responsibility with the instructor for the “Payroll & Digital Payroll Accounting with DATEV” module at the Academy
  • Course creation, including content, exercises, and tests
  • Conducting one-to-one sessions on subject-matter questions
  • Delivering skills tutoring sessions
  • Administering and evaluating final examinations
  • Reviewing and grading assignments
  • Updating course materials and optimizing the course
  • Creating new exercises
  • Coordinating sessions and appointments
  • Supporting platform product managers with course updates on the learning platform
  • Providing professional support and guidance to participants with the goal of helping them successfully complete the training program

Requirements:

  • At least 1–2 years of practical professional experience in payroll accounting
  • Digital affinity and enthusiasm for continuously integrating new technologies and (AI) tools into daily work
  • Good to very good knowledge of DATEV
  • Initial experience in knowledge transfer is desirable, e.g., as a tutor, teacher, lecturer, or research assistant
  • Completed university degree or comparable educational qualification
  • Excellent spoken and written German
  • Basic to good English skills, particularly for understanding digital tools, technical terminology, and documentation
  • Clear and structured communication skills
  • Confident, empathetic, and appreciative manner when interacting with participants
  • Enjoyment of working in adult education
  • Interest in digital, contemporary knowledge transfer and innovative learning formats
  • Team player with a willingness to collaborate closely with the course team
  • Motivation to further develop both subject-matter expertise and teaching skills
