Job Description
Remote Key Account Manager growing Stäubli’s industrial technology accounts across the Northeast. Developing strategic relationships and expanding aerospace, semiconductor, automotive, and healthcare manufacturing customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account growth plans
- Identify, secure, and expand major regional accounts
- Build relationships with engineering, operations, procurement, and executive stakeholders
- Create new business opportunities within target industries
- Understand customer applications and recommend appropriate solutions
- Qualify and advance strategic opportunities through the sales cycle
- Negotiate commercial agreements and account terms
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer service teams
- Represent the company at customer sites, trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- Support national account growth initiatives as needed
- Report to the Head of Sales – Industrial – North America
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of successful field sales, key account management, or business development experience
- Proven success developing and securing strategic customer relationships
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing complex customer organizations and long sales cycles
- Strong communication skills with technical, operational, and executive-level stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and CRM systems
- Ability to travel extensively by automobile and air throughout the assigned territory
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods during customer visits, trade shows, conferences, and other business events
- Ability to use standard office equipment, including a computer and telephone
- Ability to occasionally lift and transport product samples, sales materials, and trade show materials up to 25 pounds
- Candidate should be located within the Northeast U.S. region
- Must be authorized to conduct business travel in both the United States and Canada
- Must possess a valid passport with no travel restrictions
