Job Description
Knowledge Management & Learning Partner designing learning assets and knowledge resources at Sunrun. Transforming training models and enhancing information access for employees and leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Own the knowledge and associated resources for the assigned centralized core Sunrun functions, which involves designing, managing, and refining core learning assets.
- Build centralized learning resources, including knowledge articles, slide decks, and learning modules to maintain a company-wide "Single Source of Truth."
- Ensure resources are clear, accurate, and standardized.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1-3+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, Instructional Design, or Operations Enablement.
- Proven track record of creating, auditing, and maintaining a "Single Source of Truth" to eliminate content sprawl.
- Experience consulting directly with business leaders to translate goals/problems into actionable learning strategies.
- Skilled in using mapping tools such as Lucidchart and Asana to organize complex data.
- Experience using knowledge management and instructional design tools, such as Articulate (examples) preferred.
- Experience working with Salesforce preferred.
- Ability to take "technical jargon" and turn it into clear, punchy, and easy-to-follow information or instruction.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and succinctly, ask thoughtful questions, follow up, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
