Job Description

Lead of Affiliate Marketing managing affiliate partnerships for a global social discovery company. Driving growth and collaborating across teams in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, negotiate with, and onboard new affiliate partners, advertisers, networks, and business opportunities
  • Drive growth of the affiliate partnerships direction
  • Manage the full partner lifecycle
  • Analyze the market, competitors, offers, and campaign performance
  • Work with affiliate tracking and performance data

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or sales
  • Experience with mainstream dating products, advertisers, networks, or affiliate partners will be a strong advantage
  • Existing network of relevant affiliate partners, advertisers, networks, or traffic partners
  • Strong track record of attracting, launching, and scaling new partners or clients
  • Good understanding of affiliate and performance marketing models
  • Strong analytical and technical affiliate marketing skills
  • Ability to work with Google Sheets, analyse key performance metrics
