Job Description
Lead of Affiliate Marketing managing affiliate partnerships for a global social discovery company. Driving growth and collaborating across teams in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, negotiate with, and onboard new affiliate partners, advertisers, networks, and business opportunities
- Drive growth of the affiliate partnerships direction
- Manage the full partner lifecycle
- Analyze the market, competitors, offers, and campaign performance
- Work with affiliate tracking and performance data
Requirements:
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or sales
- Experience with mainstream dating products, advertisers, networks, or affiliate partners will be a strong advantage
- Existing network of relevant affiliate partners, advertisers, networks, or traffic partners
- Strong track record of attracting, launching, and scaling new partners or clients
- Good understanding of affiliate and performance marketing models
- Strong analytical and technical affiliate marketing skills
- Ability to work with Google Sheets, analyse key performance metrics
