Job Description
Affiliate Manager managing LATAM affiliate partnerships for BoFu Digital. Driving sustainable growth and building long-term affiliate relationships in the i-Gaming industry.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates across LATAM markets (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina)
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates
- Negotiate and support management of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals in coordination with the operating team
- Monitor affiliate performance (FTDs, NGR, retention, quality of traffic)
- Optimize campaigns and promotions to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with internal marketing and analytics teams and coordinate with the operating entity’s Payments, Risk, CRM, and Compliance teams where required
- Ensure affiliates follow brand guidelines and compliance standards defined by the operating entity.
- Prepare performance reports and forecasts for management
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Affiliate Management, with a strong preference for LATAM
- Proven experience working with LATAM markets
- Existing portfolio of active affiliates
- Strong understanding of affiliate KPIs and performance models
- Experience with affiliate platforms (NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills (English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong plus)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
