Job Description

Seeking a Partner for Modern Executive Solutions to lead client relationships and consulting engagements. Requires extensive experience in leadership and organizational consulting with a focus on service development and business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives on people, leadership, and culture topics
  • Shape the overall strategy and direction of client engagements
  • Lead the pursuit of new client relationships and expand existing accounts
  • Provide coaching and feedback to consulting teams
  • Develop and articulate a clear point of view on relevant domains

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in consulting or professional services
  • Deep, applied expertise in leadership and organizational consulting
  • Background in Organizational Psychology: Advanced degrees in organizational psychology, industrial/organizational (I/O) psychology, or related behavioral sciences preferred
  • Deep knowledge of the full business development cycle
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate top-down with executives
  • Design and facilitate executive workshops and sessions
