Job Description
Lead Director managing CVS Health's digital data product portfolio. Overseeing product development and team mentorship ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
Responsibilities:
- Leads the digital product management team, providing strategic direction, guidance, and mentorship
- Defines and communicates the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the digital data product portfolio
- Defines and drive the cross-platform analytics tooling vision, including AI enablement
- Partner with senior leadership to define and deliver reporting that meets executive-level needs
- Drive adherence towards enterprise data governance standards
- Manages the prioritization and allocation of resources, budgets, and timelines
- Oversees the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch
- Advises management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Communicates with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing
- Allocates resources to analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market data
- Mentors and develops team members, fostering their growth
- Advocates for the digital data product portfolio internally and externally
Requirements:
- 10+ years work experience
- Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills
- Mastery of collaboration and teamwork skills
- Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
- Mastery of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Mastery of business intelligence
- Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred.
- Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
