Job Description

Leader of Executive Recruitment at Sprinklr, responsible for attracting senior talent for AI-native Unified-CXM platform. Collaborating with senior leadership and ensuring a world-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full cycle executive search for VP, SVP, and C Suite roles
  • Conduct intake and alignment sessions to define success criteria, competencies, and role requirements
  • Build targeted search strategies informed by industry research, benchmarking, and talent mapping
  • Develop and manage robust and diverse candidate pipelines using direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and external partnerships
  • Lead candidate engagement, assessment, and evaluation—including structured interviews, competency based assessments, and executive level screening
  • Present calibrated, high quality slates and longlists to hiring teams
  • Manage candidate experience end to end with professionalism, confidentiality, and precision
  • Influence and partner Compensation, and Executive hiring teams through offer strategy, negotiations, and closing
  • Cultivate strong internal relationships with senior leaders and cross functional partners

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of executive or senior level roles ideally spanning VP through C Suite roles
  • Expertise in direct sourcing, executive assessment, and competency based interviewing
  • Strong understanding of organizational design, executive leveling, and leadership competencies
  • Experience advising senior leaders and managing complex, multi stakeholder hiring processes
  • Demonstrated ability to build diverse pipelines and leverage inclusive hiring practices
  • Excellent communication, consultative, and relationship building skills
