Job Description
Freelance Recruiter supporting hiring for Kings League's rapidly growing US ecosystem. Managing recruitment processes across sports, entertainment, and tech functions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing)
- Headhunt top profiles within sports, entertainment, and tech ecosystems
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines in the US market
- Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy
- Ensure a smooth and premium candidate experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment / headhunting (agency or in-house)
- Strong exposure to sports, entertainment, media or tech ecosystems
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong sourcing skills and hunter mindset
