Job Description
University Recruitment & Conversion Executive at NCUK supporting international student placement and conversion goals for a fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities:
- Represent NCUK and its progression opportunities in designated international markets to raise profile and achieve conversion and recruitment targets.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, Study Centre counsellors, partner universities and key external stakeholders.
- Support Study Centres’ Conversion and Counselling teams to help maximise student progression to NCUK partner universities.
- Identify barriers to conversion, monitor performance and work with colleagues to improve outcomes and the student experience.
- Share market insights and feedback and data to inform regional strategy, support communication plans and contribute to the growth of direct placement services.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing role in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Experience working with people from different countries and cultures, with tact, diplomacy and strong intercultural awareness.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to influence stakeholders at different levels.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, solve problems and adjust priorities.
