Job Description
Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist responsible for building talent pipelines at Lucky Strike Entertainment. Engaging in sourcing strategy development and CRM management.
Responsibilities:
- Support TA analytics reporting by contributing sourcing funnel data, pipeline conversion metrics, and time-to-engage benchmarks
- Proactively source and identify qualified candidates across corporate, field management, sales, and hourly talent pools using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Build and maintain warm pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
- Own the day-to-day administration of the recruiting CRM
- Develop sourcing strategies tailored to each role tier
- Monitor advertising spend across job boards, programmatic platforms, social channels, and targeted display
- Conduct ongoing labor market research to identify talent availability and competitor hiring activity
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of sourcing or recruiting experience
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search methodology
- Hands-on experience managing a recruiting CRM (iCIMS, Beamery, Candidate.ID, Greenhouse, or similar)
- Familiarity with programmatic job advertising platforms and recruitment media management
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfort working with data, pulling reports, interpreting trends, and presenting findings to stakeholders
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and priorities simultaneously
