Job Description

Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist responsible for building talent pipelines at Lucky Strike Entertainment. Engaging in sourcing strategy development and CRM management.

Responsibilities:

  • Support TA analytics reporting by contributing sourcing funnel data, pipeline conversion metrics, and time-to-engage benchmarks
  • Proactively source and identify qualified candidates across corporate, field management, sales, and hourly talent pools using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Build and maintain warm pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
  • Own the day-to-day administration of the recruiting CRM
  • Develop sourcing strategies tailored to each role tier
  • Monitor advertising spend across job boards, programmatic platforms, social channels, and targeted display
  • Conduct ongoing labor market research to identify talent availability and competitor hiring activity

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of sourcing or recruiting experience
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search methodology
  • Hands-on experience managing a recruiting CRM (iCIMS, Beamery, Candidate.ID, Greenhouse, or similar)
  • Familiarity with programmatic job advertising platforms and recruitment media management
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Comfort working with data, pulling reports, interpreting trends, and presenting findings to stakeholders
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and priorities simultaneously
