Job Description
Full-Stack Lead/Senior Developer leading software solutions at Jalasoft. Overseeing architecture, collaborating with teams, and mentoring developers in C# and Angular.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to the development of high-impact software solutions.
- Oversee project architecture and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Mentor developers while actively participating in backend and frontend development.
- Drive project success and deliver scalable, maintainable applications.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience building complex, enterprise-level systems.
- Proven experience building scalable and distributed applications.
- Strong expertise in C# and ASP.NET Core.
- Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Frontend development experience with Angular and TypeScript.
- Strong experience working with Azure cloud services.
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
- Experience with testing practices (TDD and/or BDD).
- Production experience including debugging, logging, and observability.
- Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring.
- Ability to balance development, architecture, and leadership responsibilities.
- Hands-on engineer with strong ownership mindset.
- Comfortable working across the full stack (backend + frontend).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- **Nice-to-Have Requirements:**
- Experience in the financial industry.
- Familiarity with feature flags and observability tools.
- Experience with no/low-code integrations (e.g., banking connectors).
- Experience with on-call rotations and production support.
- Knowledge of security and performance testing.
