Job Description

Trainer – Quality Assurance Coordinator ensuring consistency and quality of training programs at TaskUs while enhancing individual and team performance in automated driving systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the consistency, quality, and effectiveness of our training programs and operational standards
  • Develop and maintain engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, and digital resources
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to update and improve training content and delivery methods
  • Support Team Leads with staff professional development and course completion tracking
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs; recommend improvements based on feedback and performance
  • Conduct regular assessments of operational practices across teams and individuals
  • Maintain comprehensive training records in alignment with company policies and legal regulations
  • Oversee compliance with required training certifications and documentation
  • Analyze training-related metrics and trends to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and address future training needs in line with business growth

Requirements:

  • Strong training and coaching skills—we prioritize candidates with robust training experience over prior QA exposure
  • Proven training background, including training delivery and coaching practices
  • Experience in evaluating training effectiveness and providing structured feedback
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese
  • Fluency in English is essential; bilingual proficiency is highly preferred
  • Excellent time management, planning, and organizational abilities
  • High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
  • A full, clean driving license with a minimum of 2 years’ driving experience in Japan
  • No at-fault insurance claims in the past 3 years
  • Demonstrated safe and confident driving skills with a willingness to continue learning
  • Willingness to disclose any secondary employment as part of the application process
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment and/or post-offer health check
  • Employment is contingent on passing random drug and alcohol testing per our company policy.
