Job Description
Trainer – Quality Assurance Coordinator ensuring consistency and quality of training programs at TaskUs while enhancing individual and team performance in automated driving systems.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the consistency, quality, and effectiveness of our training programs and operational standards
- Develop and maintain engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, and digital resources
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to update and improve training content and delivery methods
- Support Team Leads with staff professional development and course completion tracking
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs; recommend improvements based on feedback and performance
- Conduct regular assessments of operational practices across teams and individuals
- Maintain comprehensive training records in alignment with company policies and legal regulations
- Oversee compliance with required training certifications and documentation
- Analyze training-related metrics and trends to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and address future training needs in line with business growth
Requirements:
- Strong training and coaching skills—we prioritize candidates with robust training experience over prior QA exposure
- Proven training background, including training delivery and coaching practices
- Experience in evaluating training effectiveness and providing structured feedback
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese
- Fluency in English is essential; bilingual proficiency is highly preferred
- Excellent time management, planning, and organizational abilities
- High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
- A full, clean driving license with a minimum of 2 years’ driving experience in Japan
- No at-fault insurance claims in the past 3 years
- Demonstrated safe and confident driving skills with a willingness to continue learning
- Willingness to disclose any secondary employment as part of the application process
- Ability to pass a pre-employment and/or post-offer health check
- Employment is contingent on passing random drug and alcohol testing per our company policy.
