Job Description
Legal and commercial experts reviewing documents for Mercor’s AI training projects. Providing structured feedback to improve frontier AI systems.
Responsibilities:
- Review, assess, and provide structured feedback on legal, compliance, or commercial documents
- Ensure document quality, accuracy, and relevance
- Contribute domain expertise to high-impact AI evaluation projects
- Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems
- Collaborate with leading researchers
- Complete work independently on a flexible schedule
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
- At least 2+ years of professional experience in a relevant domain
- Legal, compliance, or commercial contract experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong document analysis and review skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines
- Based in the United States, Europe, UK, or Canada
- Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates
