Job Description

Legal Intake Specialist managing client interactions and intake processes for legal operations. Supporting legal operations with accuracy and empathy in a fully remote setup.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with new client setup and onboarding workflows.
  • Prepare and send engagement letters accurately and promptly.
  • Manage client intake processes from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized client records.
  • Gather case-related information from designated online sources.
  • Conduct conflict checks in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner -Call volume: 31 to 45 calls per day.
  • Support general reception and administrative tasks as needed.
