Job Description
Live Underwriter responsible for reviewing and approving mortgage loans based on established policies and procedures. Analyzing applications, ensuring compliance with guidelines and minimizing risk.
Responsibilities:
- The Conventional Underwriter reviews, conditions and underwrites mortgage loans
- Review and analyze the mortgage loan application to ensure eligibility, accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines to minimize risk factors.
- Review all required loan data, reports, and inspections to ensure the collateral is acceptable to investor and the company.
- Provides final approval underwriting of mortgage loans.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate or Above
- Relevant Experience: 3 to 8 Years
- Must Have Skills: Live underwriters, 4C’s, Collateral Capacity, Credit & Income, mortgage loans, loan data, reports, and inspections
