Job Description
Loan Operations Manager II overseeing various loan operations processes at TD Bank. Responsible for team development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with operational policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Manages or oversees operations of several functions or processes within Loan Operations
- Develops and manages the team by recruiting, training and coaching
- Establishes policies and procedures to manage the performance of units supervised
- Provides leadership in the absence of the department manager
- Develops relationships with management of internal and external functions/departments to enhance productivity of managed units
- Manages bank conversions as they pertain to managed operational units
Requirements:
- Work experience equivalent to Bachelors degree
- 3-5 years related experience required
- In-depth knowledge of principles, policies, and practices related to operations
- Demonstrated ability to resolve operational issues and conflicts
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant banking and regulatory rules and policies
