Job Description

Project Coordinator at Acclaro supporting localization projects and collaborating across teams for smooth communication and task completion. Entry-level position with room to grow and manage projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers with scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day coordination tasks
  • Maintain and update project databases and ensure accurate records across systems
  • Prepare and distribute clear instructions and reference materials for linguists
  • Triage and escalate questions from internal teams and external partners promptly
  • Track progress and proactively flag risks or delays to keep projects aligned
  • Collaborate across teams and time zones to ensure smooth communication between linguists, engineers, and vendors
  • Use TMS and project management tools to initiate and monitor translation requests
  • Depending on experience, manage basic localization projects independently

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience coordinating projects in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional or military experience
  • Communicate clearly and confidently in English (written and spoken)
  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive under pressure
  • Enjoy working collaboratively across teams and time zones
  • Bring strong computer skills (Google Workspace, MS Office) and a proactive mindset.
