Job Description

Johnson & Johnson MedTech manager training US electrophysiology sales and clinical teams. Designing compliant learning programs for new hires and ongoing field development.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Global Education, US Commercial Marketing, Sales Leadership, Healthcare Compliance, and other functional teams to shape and deliver sales education programs
  • Apply adult learning principles and professional facilitation skills
  • Conduct live, virtual, and self-guided learning aligned with the 30-40-30 learning strategy
  • Ensure learning content is current, copy approved, and compliant with government and legal requirements
  • Facilitate training on anatomy, procedures, complex clinical concepts, products, competitive technologies, and business practices
  • Support new-hire and ongoing development and training initiatives
  • Coordinate with Field Sales Training to maintain learner continuity
  • Participate in development activities aligned with the Learning Professional Competency Model
  • Support the JJMT EP field area and prepare the field sales organization to drive key initiatives and meet benchmarks
  • Travel domestically up to 40% for Irvine-based new-hire classes and field-support activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Electrophysiology Mapping and/or EP Lab
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships
  • Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence small and large groups
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology devices and equipment preferred
  • Education in adult learning concepts/theory preferred
  • Virtual facilitation experience preferred
  • Advanced technical skills with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel preferred
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 40%
