Job Description
Fiserv fintech delivery manager leading online banking implementations from solution design through production readiness. Managing technical teams, integrations, testing, deployment, and client-facing delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery for assigned implementations from solution design through production readiness
- Plan tasks, estimates, dependencies, deliverables, technical solution design, code build schedules, and implementation documentation
- Oversee product configuration, custom development, mobile implementation, UI/UX configuration, integrations, environment readiness, performance testing, security testing, architecture reviews, design decisions, and code review standards
- Manage, coach, and develop developers and technical leads while balancing workload and validating staffing and capacity needs
- Work with clients, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Product Development, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors to define requirements and guide solutions
- Resolve integration issues, support defect triage, and provide technical troubleshooting
- Oversee go-live and production readiness activities, including playbooks, pilot plans, validation plans, code promotions, approval checkpoints, cutover readiness, and operational readiness
- Improve automation, quality controls, repeatability, and developer productivity
Requirements:
- 15+ years of relevant software engineering, implementation, or technical delivery experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 12+ years with a Master’s degree or above
- Advanced to Expert proficiency across 10+ core technologies and practices, including ASP.NET, C#, XML, JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, jQuery, XSLT, .NET Core, SQL Server, APIs, microservices, CI/CD, and Azure
- Experience in at least 2 banking domain areas, including retail banking, business banking, fintech solutions, or digital banking delivery models
- Bachelor’s degree or 1+ Master’s degree in a relevant field
- The role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Maine, or Washington
