Job Description

Regional Manager leading Sandpiper Hospitality’s assigned hotel portfolio. Driving operational excellence, revenue growth, cost control, guest loyalty, and property openings across Georgia and South Carolina.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operational performance, financial results, and strategic growth of an assigned portfolio of hotels
  • Manage and lead General Managers across the assigned properties
  • Implement and maintain company standards, processes, procedures, and operational initiatives
  • Manage property openings within and outside the portfolio
  • Manage P&L against budget and maximize profit through spending and labor controls, cost reductions, and increased revenue
  • Implement and manage sales programs to drive base and incremental revenue
  • Conduct area market analysis and develop marketing strategy for the Georgia/South Carolina region
  • Collaborate with revenue management teams to maximize RevPAR and market share
  • Drive guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Review customer feedback, brand surveys, and online reviews and take proactive corrective action
  • Ensure excellent physical condition of each hotel asset
  • Inspect regional properties and enforce brand and operational standards
  • Travel extensively throughout the assigned regional portfolio and stay overnight on location as needed

Requirements:

  • Must currently reside in Georgia or South Carolina, or independently relocate there before the start date
  • Candidates residing outside Georgia or South Carolina will not be considered
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned regional portfolio and stay overnight on location as needed
  • 3 or more years of multi-site hotel management experience
  • 1 or more years of creating, implementing, and monitoring corporate initiatives
  • Track record of high performance in revenue generation through sales and marketing
  • Proven track record of controlling and reducing costs
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Benefits:
