Job Description
Demand Generation Manager driving multi-channel campaigns and content for EnableComp’s healthcare revenue-cycle platform. Owning pipeline, nurture programs, HubSpot workflows, and campaign optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, build, and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid social, SEM, retargeting, and organic channels
- Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and report campaign performance against revenue goals
- Manage the demand generation budget, track spend against ROI, and reallocate based on channel performance
- Own funnel content end-to-end, including blog posts, ebooks/guides, landing pages, and nurture email copy
- Ensure campaign content reflects current positioning and messaging
- Establish a scalable content calendar and production workflow
- Build and manage lead nurture email programs and campaign workflows in HubSpot
- Partner with the GTM Engineer on campaign automation and data requirements
- Monitor and troubleshoot campaign-level workflow issues and escalate systemic issues
- Partner on webinar and event promotion, registration goals, and post-event lead nurture
- Partner with Product Marketing on narrative, positioning, and competitive messaging
- Partner with SDRs on lead handoff, MQL quality feedback, and conversion tracking
- Analyze campaign and content performance to optimize MQL volume, conversion rate, and cost per acquisition
- Pilot emerging channels and AI-powered marketing/content tools
- Report to the VP, Marketing and collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Commercial Enablement, Event Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, and SDR teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- 3–5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a related B2B marketing role
- Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or another complex B2B industry is a plus
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot, and CRM systems, including Salesforce
- Strong writing skills for independently drafting blog posts, email copy, and landing page copy
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting campaign data
- Ability to partner with a technical GTM/RevOps function on automation and data needs
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Strong computer proficiency and knowledge of MS Office, Zoom, and other learning technology
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
- Comfort running multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Self-directed and comfortable owning ambiguous, cross-functional problems
- Ability to translate technical workflows into plain-language impact for Sales and Marketing stakeholders
- Bias toward experimentation and iteration, including piloting AI-enabled content and marketing tools
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
- Minimal travel requirement of less than 20%
