Job Description

Paid Social Manager leading full-funnel campaigns and optimization for DEPT®, a technology and marketing growth agency. Managing client strategy, testing, reporting, budgets, and team mentoring.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead paid social strategy and execution across a portfolio of clients, ensuring performance meets or exceeds efficiency, growth, and budget goals
  • Develop and implement platform-specific optimization and monitoring strategies across Meta Ads
  • Own paid social contributions to client roadmaps, testing plans, dashboards, and QBRs/FBRs
  • Quantify, prioritize, and execute initiatives with the highest potential impact on performance, audience growth, and client objectives
  • Partner with Client Partners to deliver strategic paid social recommendations and support client-facing communications
  • Contribute paid social insights and narratives to client deliverables, including tactical plans, creative strategies, and business reviews
  • Ensure paid social work undergoes rigorous QA and is executed accurately while stewarding client budgets and brand standards
  • Participate in client calls, reporting calls, and status meetings as a client-facing representative
  • Coach and mentor team members, supporting onboarding and developing technical and strategic paid social capabilities
  • Develop growth strategies and deliver measurable results for ambitious brands as part of DEPT®, a Growth Invention company operating at the intersection of technology and marketing

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on paid social experience across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools
  • Advanced understanding of paid social strategy across the funnel, including audience development, creative testing, and conversion optimization
  • Experience managing campaigns across awareness, consideration, and performance objectives, with a strong grasp of full-funnel activation
  • Proven experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and formats to inform optimization and strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance, surface insights, and deliver clear optimization recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and/or dashboarding tools for performance tracking and insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience contributing to client-facing presentations and strategic storytelling
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members, supporting skill development, performance growth, and team engagement
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States, as DEPT® participates in E-Verify
