Job Description
Manager responsible for enterprise sales strategies and team management for Tailor in Japan. Driving customer engagement and pipeline enhancement for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- 業界・アカウントごとの攻略戦略を立案。チームのターゲット達成に向けたパイプライン管理とフォーキャスト精度の向上を行う。
- メンバーの商談に同席し、顧客の本質的な課題を特定する問いの立て方や、Tailor Platformの価値を届ける言語化をコーチングする。属人的な営業手法を型化し、組織全体の成約率を底上げする。
- 自ら顧客との接点を創出し、関係を拡張する。チャンピオンを特定し、顧客との強固な関係性を構築する。
- 社内のリソースを活用し、チームとして案件を前進させる構造を設計する
- 顧客のフィードバックをもとに、プロダクト開発、エンジニアリング、マーケティングチームと連携し、市場ニーズに即した製品進化とリード獲得施策をリードする。
- 優秀なセールス人材の採用と、テイラーのバリューを体現する組織文化の醸成を行う。
Requirements:
- 営業チームのマネジメント経験、またはリーダーとして後輩育成に深くコミットした経験
- エンタープライズソフトウェアにおいて、数千万円〜数億円規模のディールを自らクローズした実績
- 説明や決裁プロセスが複雑なエンタープライズ商材の営業経験
- CxOやLoBなど、顧客のエグゼクティブ層やキーマンと密に連携することができる力
- 強力なビジネス開発スキルと戦略的思考能力
- 自主的に行動できるリーダーシップとプロジェクト管理能力
- ビジネスレベル以上の日本語
