Job Description
Manager for In-Home Service Network Performance ensuring service quality at Assurant. Leading a team to monitor vendor compliance and optimize service delivery processes in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain service provider compliance, communication, procedures, and process documentation
- Analyze QOS performance across the network to identify opportunities for corrective action
- Monitor network volume and demand to justify/optimize the provider portfolio
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and project management methodologies
- Serve as primary network contact to resolve Executive and Customer escalations, status updates, and inquiries
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in partner/vendor management, service delivery, or operations
- Prior Team Management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
