Job Description
Manager, Marketing Technology responsible for ad tech and marketing tech ecosystems. Empowering Growth and Performance Marketing teams at Cozey to drive high-performance growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own marketing tech, pixels and product feed data integrations across various channels (Google, Meta, Microsoft, Shopify, Feeds, Google Tag Manager, Server-Side Tracking).
- Own our web analytics are to ensure accurate platform data, attribution alignment, and consistent reporting.
- Partner with platform rep providers to leverage new capabilities and beta features to ensure we stay ahead of ad platform updates, and measurement shifts.
- Own the technical setup, integration, and operational execution of performance marketing campaigns ensuring best-practice configuration across platforms (Search, Shopping, Performance), supporting launches and troubleshooting, and enabling reliable, scalable workflows for the Growth Marketing team.
- Standardize setup procedures, QA processes, and governance frameworks to ensure repeatable, high-quality execution.
- Support enhanced conversions, first-party data integrations, and measurement frameworks that strengthen growth performance.
- Partner with product, engineering, and merchandising teams to improve product data, categorization, and metadata for stronger conversion and ROAS.
- Build documentation, playbooks, and best-practice guidelines for internal teams.
- Evaluate, implement, and maintain technologies that improve marketing efficiency, automation, measurement, and scalability.
- Work closely with Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to drive acquisition and revenue goals.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing technology, ad operations, performance marketing infrastructure, or growth marketing operations within an e-commerce environment.
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Merchant Center, GA4, GTM, and feed management platforms.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing product feeds for Search and Shopping performance.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, pixels, API-based signals, and server-side tagging.
- Ability to translate technical detail into scalable systems supporting growth and performance marketing needs.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and operationally strong, with a bias toward automation and continuous improvement.
- Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Experience with JavaScript or front-end web development is preferred but not required.
