Job Description
Real Estate Manager at WellBiz Brands focusing on research and management for franchise development. Collaborating on strategic market plans and evaluating real estate opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Support, align, and manage franchisee organizations in the real estate process
- Collaborate with team members in the assessment and execution of strategic market plans
- Source and evaluate real estate opportunities to present to franchisees
- Manage administration of critical departmental functions
Requirements:
- 4-year degree in real estate, business, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate management in a multi-unit retail or QSR environment
- Experience in development involving independent franchisees is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of commercial real estate principles associated with multi-unit development, including financial analysis and lease administration
- Must have experience and proficiency with industry-standard mapping and analytic software, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
