Job Description
Manager/Sr. Manager overseeing Sales Assist team to drive customer success and revenue growth at Zapier using automation tools.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of 10+ Sales Assist Representatives
- Drive the team to meet and exceed revenue and customer growth goals
- Identify and run high-impact programs and experiments that improve conversion
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent
- Coach and develop your team through regular feedback and career development planning
- Partner closely with stakeholders across sales, growth, and data
- Oversee forecasting, reporting, and operational inspection
Requirements:
- 6+ years of SaaS growth sales or upsell experience
- 2+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing sales or upsell teams
- Comfortable engaging with both technical and business audiences
- Experience designing and operationalizing growth programs, sales plays, or GTM experiments
- Strong sense of program ownership and can independently lead cross-functional initiatives
- Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
