Job Description
Recruiter specializing in manufacturing recruitment for Talent Solutions RPO, connecting candidates with job opportunities and managing recruitment processes.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with motivated candidates to learn about their skills and match them to job opportunities
- Build and leverage social networks and industry communities to build a strong pipeline of in-demand candidates
- Own workload and take initiative to deliver on metrics and commitments
- Drive full cycle recruitment processes providing exceptional experience to candidates and clients
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (experience hiring for CDL Drivers and Field Technicians are required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (Nice to Have)
