Job Description
Kelly recruiting team lead guiding US-remote talent acquisition operations. Leading recruiters, stakeholder strategy, hiring metrics, and full-cycle recruitment excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Implement strategic recruiting plans to meet organizational hiring needs and goals
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Continuously improve the recruitment process
- Lead and mentor the recruiting team through coaching and training
- Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders for aligned accounts
- Provide regular updates on hiring activity, market trends, and data-driven recruitment strategy recommendations
- Collaborate with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Promote attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a results-oriented approach
- Use multiple technology tools to manage workflows, track progress, and support team performance
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in recruiting/Talent Acquisition is preferred, but not required
- Relevant experience in HR, coordination, or team supervision will also be considered
- Strong expertise in recruitment lifecycle processes, resource allocation, and workforce planning
- Demonstrated experience managing client stakeholders and delivering outcomes that meet and exceed service level expectations
- Experience collaborating closely with peers and leadership to execute strategies that meet client needs
- Experience with problem-solving and expectation-setting with external customers
- Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented approach
- Experience following processes and monitoring team data and metrics
- Comfortable working with multiple technology tools and platforms
