Job Description
Bilingual French-English Recruitment Consultant managing sourcing, screening, interviews, and client advising for Wilson’s recruitment services across Canada. Remote role focused on candidate relationships and hiring goals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the selection process, including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews, and gathering feedback.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network through market research and ongoing bench management.
- Develop creative and proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
- Present strong talent for open positions and overcome objections in the hiring process.
- Consult with hiring managers on final selections, compensation, and recruitment processes.
- Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
- Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system data, reports, and related administrative records.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting, including competitive market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, negotiating, and closing candidates, while achieving results in a fast-paced, metrics- and deadline-driven recruiting environment.
- Ability to exceed performance expectations and goals, as well as implement feedback to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ability to confidently communicate the recruiting pipeline.
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to execute recruitment strategies, including clear articulation of RPO and the client relationship.
- Strong time prioritization skills, flexibility, and openness to changing directions and priorities.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency, including intermediate MS Office skills, experience working in an applicant tracking system, and a strong social media presence.
- Must be fluent in French and English.
