Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist managing end-to-end US recruiting for Inizio Medical, a global medical communications company. Sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and guiding hiring managers through offers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full hiring process for assigned US positions from recruitment needs through candidate search and hire
- Understand hiring briefs and develop aligned advertisements and sourcing strategies
- Use marketing and direct sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Manage candidates in Greenhouse and collaborate with hiring managers to move candidates through the process
- Provide candidate feedback on applications, interviews, and outcomes
- Communicate proactively with hiring managers about vacancy activity and process
- Lead candidate initial and recruiter interviews
- Make employment offers and manage associated contracts through offer acceptance
Requirements:
- Demonstrable end-to-end in-house recruitment experience
- Proven success at direct sourcing candidates within a specialist area
- Previous applicant tracking system experience
- Demonstrable expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing system capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience building working relationships at all levels
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities in line with business needs
- Previous medical communications or pharmaceutical recruitment experience is desirable
- Previous Greenhouse experience is highly desirable
