Job Description
Senior Recruiter hiring high-performing talent for Hippocratic AI’s safety-focused healthcare AI platform. Building structured recruiting processes and partnering with leaders on growth.
Responsibilities:
- Hire high-performing candidates through rigorous competency assessment, clean hiring-manager handoffs, and validation of hiring predictions
- Run a fast, efficient recruiting process by improving handoffs and eliminating low-value work
- Ensure smooth scheduling, note-taking, and debrief logistics
- Improve offer acceptance and candidate experience through early close plans and honest communication
- Provide every candidate with proper close-out regardless of outcome
- Partner strategically with hiring managers by establishing clear role specifications, maintaining calibration throughout the interview loop, and connecting closed roles to business outcomes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on sales, technical or engineering roles
- Experience building structured interview processes and influencing how hiring decisions get made
- Track record of closing senior candidates in competitive markets, including navigating counteroffers and competing opportunities
- Comfort with data: tracking personal metrics, interpreting them, and acting on them
- Experience in a fast-moving startup or high-growth environment
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Preferred: Background recruiting for AI, ML, or healthcare technology companies or companies that partner closely with health systems
- Preferred: Experience building recruiting infrastructure from an early stage, including playbooks, scorecards, and leveling guides
- Preferred: Familiarity with clinical or regulated hiring contexts
- Preferred: Exposure to compensation strategy and offer construction at senior IC or leadership levels
