Job Description

Marketing Specialist based in the Philippines focusing on CKH Group’s digital presence and lead generation efforts. Contributing to SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media management for a professional services brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads using LinkedIn and website
  • Help develop, execute, and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and keyword rankings
  • Lead SEM initiatives including paid search campaign planning, bid management, and A/B testing
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns end-to-end focused on lead generation and ROI improvement
  • Maintain and update website content using SEO best practices and analytics insights
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and present KPI reports regularly

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEM/SEO, and paid campaign management
  • Proficient with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads or similar
  • Proficient LinkedIn user with a proven record of generating leads in accounting
  • Strong English communication skills — written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently with initiative while collaborating with a global team
  • Marketing experience in a financial, accounting, or professional services environment
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Basic design or content creation skills (Canva/Adobe Suite)
  • Strong understanding of PPC strategies and lead funnel optimization.
