Job Description
Marketing Developer – Klaviyo with 5+ years experience in ecommerce integrations and customer lifecycle journeys. Focusing on Klaviyo campaigns and optimizing customer experiences through automation.
Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize Klaviyo email, SMS, and multi-channel campaigns
- Develop automated flows such as Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, and Win-Back campaigns
- Create personalized customer experiences through segmentation and dynamic content
- Integrate Klaviyo with Shopify and other ecommerce platforms using APIs and webhooks
- Monitor campaign performance and improve engagement, conversion, and revenue metrics
- Ensure email deliverability best practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Klaviyo experience
- Expertise in Flows, Campaigns, Segments, Lists, Forms, and SMS Marketing
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and ecommerce integrations
- Knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing and behavioral segmentation
- Experience with Klaviyo Analytics and GA4
- English Advanced/Fluent (Mandatory)
- Klaviyo Certifications (Nice to Have)
- Shopify Plus experience (Nice to Have)
- JavaScript, SQL, CDPs, GTM, Salesforce, or Marketing Cloud knowledge (Nice to Have)
