Job Description
Marketing Communications Associate driving user acquisition campaigns for enterprise blockchain applications. Collaborating with CMO and partners in decentralized finance.
Responsibilities:
- Execute ecosystem growth campaigns across B2B channels (e.g., LinkedIn, industry publications)
- Drive adoption and engagement across the Canton Network
- Manage multi-channel prospect nurture sequences for ecosystem expansion
- Coordinate product launches and token integration announcements
- Track network growth and engagement metrics
- Create and deliver multi-step email campaigns
- Develop technical marketing content for financial services audiences
- Create educational materials on blockchain concepts for finance professionals
- Write thought leadership articles to position Obsidian Systems in enterprise DeFi
- Produce case studies, white papers, and compliance-driven marketing collateral
- Support conference speaking engagements and industry panel participation
- Build relationships with trade publications, analysts, and financial media
- Partner with leadership on narrative positioning across X (Twitter) and industry media
- Maintain CRM (HubSpot) data and prospect databases
- Manage website content and updates
- Set up marketing automation and tracking systems
- Generate campaign and network analytics reports
- Collaborate with leadership on commentary across digital and industry platforms
Requirements:
- 2–5 years in B2B software or financial services marketing
- Understanding of trading, settlements, capital markets, and regulatory environments
- Growth marketing expertise: performance marketing, attribution models, conversion optimization
- Experience marketing to institutional buyers with complex decision-making
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, HubSpot)
- Exceptional writing skills for sophisticated financial audiences.
