Job Description
Marketing Coordinator managing key marketing platforms including email marketing and social media for a remote home services agency. Focused on client reporting, automation workflows, and data accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on setting up and managing key marketing platforms, including email marketing and social media systems, client reporting dashboards, and tracking tools
- Configuring automation workflows, segmenting audiences, and ensuring data accuracy to support marketing campaigns
- Play a critical role in client onboarding, system integrations, and continuous performance monitoring
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing coordination or execution within a marketing agency or fast-paced in-house team (agency experience strongly preferred)
- Proven experience setting up and managing professional email marketing programs from scratch
- Deep knowledge of email deliverability best practices (domain authentication, list hygiene, compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other regulations)
- Hands-on experience building automated email workflows, audience segmentation, dynamic content, and A/B testing
- Strong organic social media management experience across major platforms (content planning, posting, community engagement, and performance analysis)
- Experience setting up call tracking systems, provisioning numbers, testing, and configuring client dashboards and notifications
- Proficient with web analytics implementation (UTM tracking, event tracking) and building or customizing client-facing marketing performance dashboards
- Exceptional written communication with flawless grammar, spelling, and proofreading abilities; can write and edit on-brand captions, emails, and client reports
