Job Description
Marketing Director responsible for nursing and specialty solutions marketing strategy. Collaborating with global teams to drive revenue growth and inform strategy for healthcare marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the marketing strategy and program execution of nursing programs and specialized solutions with emphasis on NOAM market.
- Develop and own the global marketing strategy, value proposition, and KPIs for Nursing & Specialty Solutions.
- Provide strategic guidance, alignment, and oversight to NOAM regional marketers to drive revenue growth.
- Act as the primary connector between global and regional marketing teams.
- Lead stakeholder engagement across NOAM and global teams.
- Partner with global and regional marketing teams to develop global campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitive insights, and campaign performance to inform strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing, including experience in marketing project management and strategy
- Demonstrate leadership through effective communication, stakeholder management, good decision making and a collaborative mindset to drive organizational success.
- Able to collaborate with global marketing team and regional marketing team to support their efforts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with additional experience using AI and marketing tools
