Job Description

Executive Assistant supporting marketing projects in a fast-paced environment at JVM Lending. Responsible for inbox management, marketing campaign support, QA, and project tracking.

Responsibilities:

  • Inbox Management: draft responses, reply on behalf when needed, tag team members, and keep the inbox organized with urgent and important emails prioritized
  • Marketing Campaign Support: assist with execution across email, landing pages, social, and paid campaigns, including proofing, QA, and scheduling
  • Copy & Asset QA: proofread marketing copy, links, merge fields, images, and disclosures before anything goes live
  • Content Coordination: maintain content calendars, asset libraries, and brand guideline documents; coordinate with designers, writers, and agency partners to keep projects on deadline
  • CRM & Marketing Ops: create and update records in Salesforce and HubSpot, build lists, QA workflows, pull reports, and keep data clean
  • Templates & SOPs: create and maintain email templates, checklists, and standard operating procedures
  • Project Tracking: manage tasks in project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Notion, or similar); flag risks, blockers, and missed deadlines early and often
  • AI-Assisted Workflows: use Claude daily for drafting, research, QA, and workflow acceleration. Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects

Requirements:

  • Must be an experienced Executive Assistant
  • Proven ability to perform effectively in high-stress, fast-paced environments while meeting tight deadlines
  • Working knowledge of marketing operations concepts: CRMs, email marketing, landing pages, and reporting
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Encompass, or Blend is a plus but not required
  • Knowledge of the U.S. mortgage process is a plus but not required
  • Must be a Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines
